Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime.

Just be sure to send us an email at help@joinweightcare.com and include the copy: CANCEL on the subject line, and our customer service agent will confirm the cancellation of your program.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Our team of licensed physicians are trained in weight loss and are able to prescribe weight loss medications via telemedicine.

Do you accept insurance, HSA or FSA cards?

We do not accept insurance, HSA or FSA cards at this time.

How does shipping work?

All prescriptions are shipped and filled from an accredited US pharmacy.

Your medication is shipped in a small box with ice packs and should arrive within 5-7 days from the time your prescription is written.

Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided. Please keep up to date on your package's tracking so you can refrigerate the medication upon arrival.

How does the program work?

Here's how to get started with WeightCare:

1 - Start off by placing your order online for one of our Weight Loss programs.

2- Once you've paid for the first month of the program, you'll answer some questions about your health history and weight loss goals.

A board certified physician will review your medical questionnaire and connect with you through our telehealth platform.

3 - Once your physician approves you for the program, you'll be notified and your medication will be shipped directly to your door.

4 - We check in with you to make sure you are getting the most out of our program and your medication. You also have access to securely message your doctor to ask questions at any time or connect with an in house nutritionist and health coach.

How much does the program cost?

Semaglutide Weight Loss Program

Monthly Program

- Cost is $399 / month

- Charged every 30 days

- No price increases ever, even when at maximum dosage

3 Month Program

- Cost is $249 / month (Best Value)

-Only for new patients starting at introductory doses

- Includes 10mg of medication

- Once the 3 months is complete, you move to a monthly charge of $399

Tirzepatide Weight Loss Program

- Cost is $499 / month

- Covers 2.5-15mg / week of medication

- Please note that first month promotions include the 2.5mg starter dose.

What are GLP-1s and how do they work?

GLP-1 receptor agonists work by delaying gastric emptying. When your stomach takes more time to digest food, it sends signals to your brain that you’re full. This ‘fullness’ signal is sent to the brain all day, even if you’re eating less food than usual. This is how these medications lead to appetite suppression and weight loss.

What happens if the doctor decides that I'm not a candidate for the medication?

If you are deemed a non-candidate for a particular weight loss treatment, you will be refunded minus a 19.99 medical processing fee.

What if I need a higher Dose?

Semaglutide Weight Loss Program

- If you need to increase to a higher dose, you will need to let your physician know during your monthly check-in.

-There are no price increases as you go up in dose each month under our standard plan.

Tirzepatide Program

- Weekly doses from 10-15mg / week will be subject to an additional $100 monthly fee

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Once you join the program, you can cancel at anytime. The program is charged monthly, so as long as you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged for the upcoming month.
