It Starts With Energy, Not Aesthetics
Here's something I hear over and over: people don't start a health journey because they want to look different. They start because they want to feel like themselves again.
There's a specific kind of exhaustion that comes with carrying more weight than your body is comfortable with. It's not just physical tiredness. It's the slow withdrawal from your own life. Confidence Isn't a Destination
One of the more persistent myths about weight loss is that confidence is waiting for you at the finish line. Get to a certain size, reach a certain number, and then you'll finally feel good in your skin.
That's not how it works. Confidence is built incrementally, through kept promises. It grows every time you follow through on something you said you'd do for yourself. Every check-in you show up for. Every meal you make with intention. Every time you choose the thing that moves you forward instead of the thing that's just easy.
The people I've seen go through genuine transformations don't suddenly become confident when they hit their goal. They become confident somewhere in the middle, when they realize they've been showing up for themselves consistently and it's working. That shift in self-trust is what changes how they carry themselves, how they speak up, how they take up space in a room.
That's the glow. And it doesn't come from a number.
