How it works:
All of our 3-month and 6-month weight loss programs are eligible (as are 3-month microdosing programs). You’ll see Affirm as a payment option at checkout. To use Affirm, you must be a U.S. resident (18+), have a Social Security Number, and a phone capable of receiving text messages.

What you should know:

• Clinical Care First: Choosing Affirm is a payment option only. It does not affect your clinical eligibility. A licensed WeightCare physician must still perform a medical evaluation to determine if a prescription treatment is appropriate for you.
• Approval & Eligibility: Affirm plans are subject to eligibility checks. Depending on your financial profile, APR options range from 0% to 36%.
• Availability: Not all patients will qualify for treatment or for Affirm financing.

WeightCare offers monthly weight loss plans as well as multi-month plans of either 3 or 6 months.

We also have 3-month microdosing plans for Semaglutide and Tirzepatide if you're interested in weight management and have a BMI of 20+

Based on your clinical eligibility, your assigned WeightCare physician will ensure you receive the dosing most appropriate for your goals.

Yes, you can cancel at anytime.

Just be sure to send us an email at help@joinweightcare.com and include the copy: CANCEL on the subject line, and our customer service agent will confirm the cancellation of your program.

Depending on your specific plan, prescription weight loss medications may qualify for coverage through your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA). We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility and understand any copay or out-of-pocket costs prior to starting with WeightCare.

What’s the Difference Between an FSA and an HSA?
• FSA (Flexible Spending Account): Funds expire at the end of the year, so be sure to use them before December 31.
• HSA (Health Savings Account): Funds roll over annually, making them a great option for long-term health expenses.

Yes. Our team of licensed U.S. physicians are trained in weight loss and weight management. They can prescribe medications and supplements for either weight loss or weight management via telemedicine.

We’ve designed the refill process to be proactive so you never miss a dose.

1. Advance Notice: You will always receive a notification 7 days before any upcoming renewal charge.

* Monthly Renewal: $499
* 3-Month Renewal: $997 (for 7.5 mg/week for 12 weeks) - that's like $333/month

You can contact Customer Support before your renewal date for the option to renew at a higher dose or lock in your program rate for a longer period of time (based on clinical check-in):

* 3-Month, High Dose: $1350 (for up to 15 mg/week for 12 weeks) - that's like $450/month
* 6-Month, High Dose: $2150 (for up to 15 mg/week for 24 weeks) - that's like $358/month

2. Clinical Check-in: Once your renewal is processed, you’ll receive a Refill Medical Questionnaire. This is your chance to update your doctor on your progress. You can request to stay at your current dose, lower it if you're experiencing side effects, or increase your dose.

3. Doctor Consultations: You always have access to your assigned WeightCare physician at any point in your health journey with WeightCare. Ask a question and get an update from them within one business day.

All prescriptions are shipped and filled from an accredited US pharmacy.

Your medication is shipped in a small box with ice packs and should arrive within 5-7 business days from the time your prescription is written.

Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided. Please keep up to date on your package's tracking so you can refrigerate the medication upon arrival.

Here's how to get started with WeightCare:

1 - Start off by placing your order online for one of our Weight Loss programs.

2- Once you've paid for the first month of the program, you'll answer some questions about your health history and weight loss goals.

A board certified physician will review your medical questionnaire and connect with you through our telehealth platform.

3 - Once your physician approves you for the program, you'll be notified and your medication will be shipped directly to your door.

4 - We check in with you to make sure you are getting the most out of our program and your medication. You also have access to securely message your doctor to ask questions at any time or connect with an in house nutritionist and health coach.
