How does shipping work?

All prescriptions are shipped and filled from an accredited US pharmacy.

Your medication is shipped in a small box with ice packs and should arrive within 5-7 days from the time your prescription is written.

What happens if the doctor decides that I'm not a candidate for the medication?

If you are deemed a non-candidate for a particular weight loss treatment by your assigned WeightCare physician, you will be refunded minus a 19.99 medical processing fee.

What if I need a higher dose?

-There are no price increases as you go up in dose each month under our standard plans.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime.

Just be sure to send us an email at help@joinweightcare.com and include the copy: CANCEL on the subject line, and our customer service agent will confirm the cancellation of your program.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Our team of licensed physicians are trained in weight loss and are able to prescribe weight loss medications via telemedicine.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Once you join the program, you can cancel at anytime. The program is charged monthly, so as long as you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged for the upcoming month.
