How does the program work?

Here's how to get started with WeightCare: 1 - Start off by placing your order online for one of our Weight Loss programs. 

2- Once you've paid for the first month of the program, you'll answer some questions about your health history and weight loss goals. 

A board certified physician will review your medical questionnaire and connect with you through our telehealth platform.

3 - Once your physician approves you for the program, you'll be notified and your medication will be shipped directly to your door.

4 - We check in with you to make sure you are getting the most out of our program and your medication. You also have access to securely message your doctor to ask questions at any time or connect with an in house nutritionist and health coach.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Our team of licensed physicians are trained in weight loss and are able to prescribe weight loss medications via telemedicine.

How much does the program cost?

- Cost is $499 / month

- Covers 2.5-15mg / week of medication

- Please note that first month promotions include the 2.5mg starter dose.

This includes program membership with health check-ins, telehealth visits, prescription (if approved) and unlimited communication with your doctor via our secured chat system.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime. Just be sure to send us an email at help@joinweightcare.com and include the copy CANCEL on the subject line, and our customer service agent will confirm back your cancellation of your program.

What are GLP-1s and how do they work?

Refund Policy

Once you join the program, you can cancel at anytime. The program is charged monthly, so as long as you cancel before your renewal date, you will not be charged. If you decide to cancel inside the 3-day window of your monthly subscription, you will have access until the end of the 30 day period. We don't refund pro-rated amounts.
